Melo Customs specializes in handmade products, no two pieces are exactly alike. ***Your Melo Customs product is hand crafted and custom built according to your specifications. All sales are final after 3 days from order placement. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any product within the first 7 days of receipt, immediately report it to Melo Customs, LLC. by emailing: melocustoms@yahoo.com and put CLAIMS in the subject. Please include detailed photos of the defect. Thank you for agreeing to this policy.***
